About Mr. Sewell
Hi! My name is Tyler Sewell and I’ve taught 2nd Grade at Park Side since 2017. I received my Early Childhood Studies degree and a teaching credential from Sonoma State University.
I always knew I wanted to be a teacher. When I was in first grade I actively remember looking around the room realizing, “I could do this, I can come back to this.” My favorite part of teaching is creating opportunities for those “light bulb” moments and seeing students grow confident and comfortable with themselves and their abilities.
If I’m not in the classroom, I’ll be at a Giant’s game or playing disc golf!
