'Mr. Bob,' Park Side's wonderful custodian, was recently featured in The Press Democrat for his exceptional and on-going work to clean up a local creek trail! Welcome to this year's Read-A-Thon, a fun and educational way to fundraise for vital school supplies and activities! Students record their reading minutes and collect pledge money from family, friends and community members. If every student raises $40 we will make $10,000! (Did I read that right?? Yes, wow!) 7/29/21 - Our administrative team has been hard at work preparing for the upcoming school year and we are excited to share that we are planning for a full return to in-person learning five days a week. SEF will hold a Dine & Donate each month until the end of the school year. Mark your calendars with the dates enclosed. Dine & Donate flyers (to be shown at the time of purchase) will be circulated prior to each event via Parent Square, the SEF Facebook page, and the Park Side Wednesday Weekly.
4/13/21 - We know that these past few months we've asked you to complete numerous surveys. Your input and feedback are important to us. Today, we are writing to ask for ~15 minutes of your time to complete an online survey that will help us improve our schools. We have asked YouthTruth – a nonprofit organization that supports hundreds of schools and districts across the county – to conduct an anonymous survey on our behalf.

In preparation for our upcoming schedule changes on April 5th and 7th, and to allow teachers time to make the shift to in-person instruction, we will have a modified schedule.
